REFUND POLICY
BIFF BOSWELL/TEAM BIFF COACHING HAS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES
There will be no refunds as the client is the one opting in AND out of their services. You can cancel at any time.
Monthly coaching services (“memberships” or “subscriptions”) are charged on a prepaid basis each billing period. A billing period is defined as 30 days of service, and Day 1 of service is the day on which payment is processed. You may cancel service by contacting your coach via email or through your Account. Cancellation requests require up to five (5) days to process.
Requests made fewer than five (5) days prior to the end of a billing period (Days 25 - 30) may not be processed within your current billing period. Services will remain available until the end of the billing period in which the request was processed. No refunds due to fees absorbed and taken from payment processors.
All purchases of digital goods and downloadable material are final-sale and ineligible for any refunds or returns.
