Posing in your bathroom for TikTok or Instagram is MUCH different than posing on stage in competition in front of judges. Coach Biff will teach you how to pose like a pro, a real bodybuilder, so you display the best possible package the day of your show!

Specializing in Men's Bodybuilding & Classic Physique mandatory poses, quarter turns, & routines as well as Men's Physique Division front & back poses for any bodybuilding federation like NPC, IFBB, OCB, PCA, etc.

• Learn & apply good posing habits to practice daily

Regardless of which coach is doing your prep, there is no conflict in working with a legitimate Posing Coach. A bodybuilding judging panel consists of 8-12 people so getting more valid feedback and perspective will definitely help you with your stage presentation.

Posing Sessions are available In Person or Virtual/Online.

What Happens Next-

2. Fill out the Posing Session Questionnaire (link emailed within 24 hours)
3. Schedule your appointment time - either In Person or Virtual/Online
4. Get to posing!

Cancellation Policy: A posing session appointment must be canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours prior for in person (or 24 hours for virtual/online) or the session will be forfeited with no credit/refund. Be sure of your availability before booking your appointment! You may only cancel/reschedule your appointment one time (within the required time frame). A second cancel/reschedule will forfeit the session.

Fine Print: Consultation calls are free. There are no refunds for session purchases. Sessions purchased are good for the YEAR THEY ARE PURCHASED IN - all unused sessions expire December 31 of the year they are purchased. Posing Sessions are transferrable to other competitors. Must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Posing Session or have signed parental permission on file.
