2022 is a Wrap!

Team Biff Coaching officially relaunched in 2022 as a full-time endeavor (along with the role of managing my apparel line Buffery-Flex Uniforms) and dozens of men have already joined the team and are much closer to their goals with more joining every week!

"Coach Biff's Bulletin," bodybuilding news updates posted to my coaching website here and emailed in a weekly digest, will be a way to continue to educate and encourage my fellow bodybuilders beyond weekly check-in reviews.

We're going to share information about upcoming competitions, recipes and tricks to hit our macros, training methods, product reviews and recommendations, and other ways to improve ourselves.
